A 15-minute walk from Cardiff city centre, this charming, gay-run, boutique guest house with free Wi-Fi is hetero-friendly and offers stylish rooms and an excellent breakfast. Ty Rosa, Welsh for ‘pink house’ offers a warm welcome to all, whatever your orientation. The bus stop and train station just outside the house have regular services to the city centre. The B&B is well-located for Cardiff’s gay scene, and has free parking. There are 5 chic rooms named after Welsh castles. An annexe building has 2 rooms named after islands. Each luxurious room has a cosy lounge area and free DVD library. A full cooked breakfast is included in the price, with a menu choice you would expect in a quality hotel. Cardiff is a vibrant city with historic buildings, a castle, theatres, the world renowned Millennium Stadium and night life. The city is often referred to as the party capital of the UK. For shoppers, the Victorian arcades are filled with interesting shops and boutiques whilst the main shopping complexes boast all the usual high street names in larger than average size stores. <br /><br />Spend an evening in some of Wales' finest restaurants located in the city or in the vibrant Cardiff Bay, then go on to party the night away within the lively bars and clubs of the bubbling gay scene. It’s unfair to mention any specific one, but it is fair to point out that The Golden Cross, a listed traditional pub, was voted the best gay pub in the UK and was the highest rated pub in the "2005 top 100 places in Cardiff to visit." Check out the magnificent tiles around the bar. <br /><br />In the heart of the city you will find Cardiff Castle. Just a short drive from the centre of the capital will take you to the fairytale Castle Coch and the leaning tower at Caerphilly Castle, which boasts a greater angle of lean than the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Annexe Double Room (2+0)

Set in the annexe, this room features a double bed, double wardrobe, flat-screen HD multi-channel TV/DVD and all listed facilities. The bathrooms feature Dove toiletries. Please note that breakfast is served in the main building.
Castle Coch, Small Double Room (2+0)

This is a small castle near Cardiff also known as Ystradfellte Castle, which was built as a hunting folly. We have named our smallest room after Castle Coch and decorated it accordingly. The room is furnished with a luxury double bed and high quality fittings and refinements. We are sure you will appreciate the quality of our rooms and the attention to detail on every amenity we offer.
Harlech Castle, Double Room - En Suite (2+0)

The spectacular Harlech Castle is the furthest away from Cardiff, located in North Wales. This relaxing room is styled with subdued, medium tones, a superbly comfortable double bed and matching wardrobe and bedside cabinets. We are sure you will appreciate the quality of our rooms and the attention to detail on every amenity we offer.
King-Size Room (2+0)

These rooms are beautifully furnished with luxury king-size beds, high quality fittings and refinements.
The Keep Room (2+0)

The Keep is located in the highest part of the house and overlooks the whole city. Rate based on 2 people. Up to 2 extra single beds can be added for additional guests (please see 'Children & Extra Beds' section for cost). The Keep offers plenty of space and is stylishly decorated with modern tones. It has an extremely comfortable king-size bed with bedside cabinets. The bedroom also features fitted wardrobes and 2 comfortable chairs.
