Family run, the Church Townhouse is a recently refurbished Victorian property in a quiet suburban location, minutes from Cardiff city centre and less than a mile (1.6 km) from the Millennium Stadium. This guest house has a convenient location within walking distance of many of Cardiff’s major attractions, such as Cardiff Castle and Cardiff Bay. Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium is within easy walking distance. Owned by the Church family, the house has been recently refurbished and aims to offer guests cosy, comfortable accommodation. All of the rooms have TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. Toiletries are available on request. Most of the rooms are en suite, with a shower. Some rooms also have baths. The single rooms do not have an en suite bathroom, but there are private shower/bathrooms outside the rooms. A continental breakfast is included in the price. There is a lounge area for guests’ use. All guests are given their own key and are free to come and go as they please, accessing the building at any time.

The Church Townhouse is situated in Pontcanna, backing onto the grounds of the castle grounds and the SWALEC Cricket Stadium. The Millennium Stadium is less than a mile (1.6 km) away and is 1.25 miles (2 km) from Cardiff International Arena and the shopping centre. Cardiff boasts a large selection of shops with a selection of unique individual shops in the Victorian arcades.

The city also has a huge selection of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and cafes to chose from and staff are always happy to point you in the right direction. Close by is the bay, with a further selection of bars. St Fagans National History Museum is an open-air museum, providing a fascinating insight into Welsh history and the lifestyle, culture and architecture of the Welsh people through the ages.
